The building is rising at Dworcowa, one of the main streets in Gliwice – in the vicinity of the old town and near the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa diametral highway. It will offer around 6,199 sqm of space to future tenants and over 130 parking spaces located in the multi-storey garage. The investment is divided into two stages, with the second one comprising the development of the building at Dolnych Wałów street offering 3,000 sqm of space and 40 additional parking spaces.

“Currently Gliwice offers nearly 92,000 sqm of office space and take the second place after Katowice when considering the number of office projects in the Upper Silesian urban area. In the recent years we have been observing a dynamic market growth which resulted in a growing interest in the city, mainly among the investors and companies from the IT and new technologies sectors. The majority of office buildings in the city is occupied by their owners. Dworcowa 25 is the first modern office project located in the very heart of the city that offers leasing space to external companies,” commented Barbara Pryszcz, Regional Director, Colliers International, Katowice.

Due to the convenient location in the city centre the building will be well communicated and easily accessible by the pedestrians. The ground floor is a retail and restaurant area dedicated for the local community. The next five storeys are planned for offices and service units, e.g. a gym. The offices are designed in a way that enables flexible space arrangement. The top storeys of the building enable the development of a restaurant with access to the viewing terrace.

Global City Holdings is the main investor of the project. ArKuS, advisory-planning company from Gliwice is responsible for the architectural design of the building. Takana is the main constructor and Colliers International is responsible for the commercialization of the project. The completion of the construction works is planned for Q1 of 2018.
