Dominikański was designed in accordance with sustainable building philosophy aiming at creating the best possible work environment while reducing energy consumption. The building is pre-certified with LEED Gold.

The complex offers numerous bike stations, changing rooms and showers for cyclists as well as charging points for electric cars,” added Anna Sienkiewicz in charge of the Colliers International team managing Dominikański.

Dominikański is being developed in the centre of Wrocław in the close proximity of the old square, next to the main communication junction in the city. There are many service points, restaurants, a shopping mall and green areas in the neighborhood. Dominikański consists of 7 floors. It offers 40,000 sqm of gross leasable area and 380 parking spaces. Moreover, the property has the largest office floor plate in the city spreading over 6,100 sqm. Medusa group architectural office is responsible for the architectural design of the project while Skanska is the general contractor and investor who has sold the facility to the current owner. During the transaction Skanska was advised by Colliers International.
