BrightONE is a company operating in the ICT sector, offering comprehensive IT solutions for global customers. It employs around 600 engineers, of which about 300 in Poland. Competence centres are located in two Polish cities - Szczecin and Wrocław. Colliers International has supported BrightONE in leasing space in the two above mentioned locations.

“One of the key criteria for selecting Dominikański was its great location in the center of Wrocław, and in the proximity of a large junction and the train station. It is the optimum place for locating our office. The help of an experienced partner in finding the new office was extremely important. Throughout the process, we have received professional support and advice from Colliers International’s Wrocław branch. As a result, we made the optimal choice and look forward to the upcoming move to the new office,” said Marek Kopyto, Member of the Board, BrightONE sp. z o.o.

“BrightONE is a rapidly growing company in the IT sector, employing circa 100 people in Wrocław, with the prospect of much more. With the development of the company the new need for office space has appeared, towards which BrightONE had high expectations. The most significant was the location, quality of the building and welcoming space for employees. Dominikański office complex by Skanska turned out to be our choice. Finishing works are already underway and the new office will be made available to employees in the first quarter of 2016,” added Kamil Pakosz, Wrocław Regional Manager at Colliers International.

Dominikański is located in the center of Wrocław, next to the Dominikański Square. It offers 40,000 sqm of leasable Class A space. The building is LEED Gold precertified. The ground floor is designated for services and restaurants.

Owned by Union Investment the building is managed by Colliers International.
