The Simple outlet will occupy 118 sqm and Gino Rossi will lease 125 sqm. The opening of both boutiques is scheduled for March 2016 and the tenants have signed 10-year lease agreements.

“The signed lease agreements show that our local brands are recognisable outside of Poland. This transaction shows that Polish companies are taking advantage of the potential of our neighbours. We are proud that Colliers has helped Simple and Gino Rossi enter the Slovak market. We belive that these brands will be broadly welcomed by customers,” said Michał Malicki from Colliers International.

The Gino Rossi brand was established in 1992 and specialises in the production and sales of shoes and leathergoods. Simple has been an exclusive fashion brand since 1993. Currently, the network manages over dozen shops. Both companies are part of the Gino Rossi Capital Group.
