    Warsaw, March 22, 2016 – Częstochowa has 4 shopping centres with a total leasable area of 134,000 sqm. The density ratio is 581 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants. The vacancy rate showed a slight downward trend and at the end of 2015 stood at 4% – informs Colliers International in its publication “Shopping centres in regional cities | Częstochowa”.

    Warsaw, March 18, 2016 – There are 9 shopping centres in Białystok with a total leasable area of about 216,000 sqm. For each shopping centre in the city there are an average of 32,830 people and the purchasing power of inhabitants per 1 sqm of shopping centre space is 37,380 PLN per year. The vacancy rate decreased by 0.2 percentage points and at the end of 2015 stood at 3.4%. The monthly highest rents for a unit of 100-150 sqm in the fashion sector are in the range EUR 27-29 per sqm – informs Colliers International in its publication “Shopping centres in regional cities | Białystok”.

  • Over 250 new retail units in Bydgoszcz

    Warsaw, March 10, 2016 – There are 11 shopping centres in Bydgoszcz with a total leasable area of about 272,000 sqm. The average vacancy rate increased in comparison to the corresponding period in 2014 and at the end of 2015 stood at 6%. The monthly highest rents for a unit of 100-150 sqm in the fashion sector are in the range EUR 31-33 per sqm – informs Colliers International in its publication “Shopping centres in regional cities | Bydgoszcz”.

The density ratio is the highest among regional cities and amounts to 956 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants.   • Colliers International analyzes retail market in Radom

    Warsaw, March 3, 2016 – Retail stock in Radom is provided by five schemes totalling 124,800 sqm. The density ratio is at 575 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants. For each shopping centre in the city there are an average of 43,440 people. The vacancy rate stood at 5.7% – informs Colliers International in the last publication “Shopping centres in regional cities | Radom”.

  • Toruń dominated by traditional shopping centres

    Warsaw, March 2, 2016 – Toruń has 4 shopping centres totaling almost 138 thousand sqm. The density ratio has increased to a level of circa 680 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants. The vacancy rate at the end of 2015 stood at the level of 5,2% – informs Colliers International in its publication “Shopping centres in regional cities | Toruń”.

  • KOMFORT to remain in Zielony Targówek retail park

    Warsaw, February 4, 2016 – Komfort has extended the lease on its store in the Zielony Targówek retail park. Colliers International, the global advisory company, acted as the exclusive agent responsible for leasing the retail space. Zielony Targówek retail park is owned by Credit Suisse Asset Management.

    Warsaw, February 1, 2016 – Polish brands Simple and Gino Rossi are set to open stores in the Central shopping mall in Bratislava, Slovakia. Colliers International advised the tenants during the transactions. The shopping centre is managed by ECE Projektmanagement.

    Warsaw, January 18, 2016 – Colliers International has won the mandate to manage Dominikański office complex in Wrocław, Poland. The building is owned by Union Investment.

  • Colliers International acquires leading London property specialist

    Warsaw, January 12, 2016 – Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CIGI, TSX:CIG), a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced the acquisition of Hatton Real Estate Limited (“Hatton”), one of London’s leading commercial property specialists. Concentrated in the “City Fringe” area of Central London, the new addition further strengthens the investment and office agency practice of Colliers International in the United Kingdom. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
