Warsaw, January 29, 2015 - Colliers International announces new employees in the Office Agency | Landlord Representation and Building Consultancy Services | Project Management. Paulina Zygadło, Maciej Łyszczyński and Roman Stawarek have joined the company.
Paulina Zygadło joined Colliers in January 2015. She took the position of an Associate in the Office Agency | Landlord Representation Department. She is responsible for securing new tenants and negotiating lease agreements. Paulina graduated from the Faculty of Marketing and Management at the University of Zielona Góra.
Maciej Łyszczyński joined Colliers International at the end of 2014. He was appointed as an Associate in the Office Agency | Landlord Representation Department. Maciej is responsible for creating leasing strategy, securing tenants and negotiating lease agreements. He has been working as a consultant in various international HR companies for the past seven years, where he was responsible for servicing clients from the commercial real estate sector. Maciej has graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź.
Roman Stawarek was appointed as a Senior Associate in the Building Consultancy Services | Project Management. Roman is responsible for the formal and technical management of investment projects as well as control of the financial aspects. He has over 18 years of experience in the area of commercial real estate. In the past, he was responsible for the high-profile construction projects for clients such as: Bank Millennium, Shell Polska, Artelia, DIL Poland Baumanagement. Roman is a graduate of the Civil Engineering faculty at the Warsaw University of Technology and a Postgraduate in Studies of Real Estate Management.
