Warsaw, January 22, 2015 – Colliers International has won the mandate to manage Metropolitan office building located in the centre of Warsaw.
“Metropolitan is an iconic part of the Warsaw office panorama. Located at the back of the Teatr Wielki theatre and close to Krakowskie Przedmieście street leading to the Royal Palace, the building is one of the most recognizable office real estate of the capital. The interesting architectural design was created by the famous British architect Sir Norman Foster, the same who designed, among others, the popular London Gherkin. As a new manager, as well as the tenant of the building, we will focus on optimizing the cost of operation and increasing the value of the property“ explains Adam Jakubowski, Senior Property Manager at Colliers International.
Metropolitan houses many prestigious international companies. The ground floor is dedicated to the luxury shops of the famous fashion brands. The characteristic modern courtyard, open to people from outside, is equipped with a lighted fountain.
