Warsaw, March 13, 2015 – Saturn has renegotiated its lease agreement and will stay longer in Zielony Targówek retail park. The brand has been present in the facility since 2007. Colliers International, responsible for the recommercialisation process, advised on the agreement. Zielony Targówek is owned by Credit Suisse Asset Management.
The Saturn lease agreement extension proves that Zielony Targówek is an attractive retail destination. The retail park has recently changed its name and logo. It has gained a new façade and modernized car park. To meet the customer’s expectations Credit Suisse Asset Management plans to build a playground and an exhibition space to arrange regular events such as seasonal fairs and family picnics. In addition the retail offer will be extended by brands from the fashion and sports segment. Zielony Targówek retail park has been present on the Warsaw market for more than 7 years. The facility is located in the north-east part of Warsaw, near the Toruńska route allowing easy access to the project. The retail park offers 24,400 sqm of leasable area and 740 parking spaces. Tenants include companies such as: Black Red White, Jysk, Comfort, Kakadu, Abra, Biedronka, Norauto, Shell and CityFit.
