Newly emerging gallery, along with the existing facilities and integrated historic building of the bank will be the largest and the only place in Siedlce offering shopping, meeting space and entertainment in one. The project will house fashionable brand shops, restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, a bank and many other services. The gallery is located in the center of the city, at the intersection of Piłsudskiego and Wojskowa streets, near the railway station and bus station. The property will accommodate 120 retail units, offering a total of 26,000 m2 of leasable area. Underground and ground-level parking will provide 850 parking spaces.

The opening of Galeria S is scheduled for March 2014. Konstanty Strus construction company is the investor and the general contractor. Bulak Projekt is responsible for the architectural design of the gallery.
