Warsaw, 6 February 2014 - Colliers International, a leading advisor in commercial real estate, has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent of the retail park located in the Targówek district in north Warsaw. The project is owned by Credit Suisse Asset Management Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH.
Zielony Park Handlowy is located at 13 Głębocka street in the north-eastern area of the city, close to the Toruńska dual carriageway linking the northern districts of Warsaw. The convenient location allows quick access for residents of the Targówek and Białołęka districts. New residential developments in the proximity are enlarging the group of potential customers within a 5-minute distance.
Zielony Park Handlowy was opened in June 2007 and offers 24,400 m2 of retail space. The tenant list of Zielony Park Handlowy includes the largest Saturn store in Warsaw with an area of over 6,000 m2, Black Red White with a sales area expanded in November 2013 to around 5,800 m2, Jysk, Komfort, Kakadu and Abra, as well as Biedronka, Norauto and a Neste gas station.
“The new revitalization strategy for Zielony Park is under preparation. The main objective is to refresh the exterior of the buildings, signage and environmental marketing, develop a common green area and enhance the tenant mix. Colliers International will be our advisor in leasing and consultancy.” – comments Patrick Biwer, Vice President of Credit Suisse Asset Management
Zielony Park Handlowy is complementary to the existing retail offer in the immediate vicinity, i.e. the Atrium Targówek shopping centre and Castorama, and hence has become a shopping destination for a large group of Warsaw residents. The centre provides convenient ground-level parking with around 740 spaces.
