Poleczki Business Park, the investment of UBM with cooperation of CA IMMO will consist of fifteen mix-used buildings with an extended parking area including multilevel public parking (around 1000 parking spaces). The project is to be completed by 2017. As the biggest business park in Central Europe, Poleczki BP will offer at large 210,000 m2 of modern office space. The first stage was finished in 2010 with the opening of two buildings A1 and A2, offering 45 000 m2. In 2012 two more buildings – B1 and C1 came into use with available space of 21,000 m2. At the moment Poleczki Business Park offers 7,000 m2 of retail and exhibition space.
Poleczki Business Park is constructed in line with the concept of sustainable building. The second stage of the project has been praised with LEED Certificate in the Core and Shell Category, which proves ecological approach to the project. The tenants can expect higher efficiency of work thanks to environmentally-friendly materials. Poleczki BP is located 3 km from Okęcie Airport, 10 km from the city center, close to the main traffic junctions (freeways S2 and S79). The investor provides the clients with additional transportation possibilities – there are shuttle buses to Poleczki BP from two destinations – Okęcię Airport and Imielin Metro Station. Veturilo Bike Station in the Business Park opens in April 2013. The architectural project was completed by RKW Polska, while architectural team from UBM Polska is responsible for the final implementation.
