RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main target of this position is to support Partner in everyday professional and private activities, including: 
  • Managing calendar and e-mail box
  • Arranging business trips (booking tickets, hotels, renting cars, etc.)
  • Arranging meetings
  • Preparing professional presentations in Power Point 
  • Translations (PL – ENG; ENG – PL)
  • Contacting management board and clients
  • Supporting clients events
  • Assisting in other professional and private matters

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience on executive / personal assistant position in international company
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Power Point) and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
  • Very good organizational skillsEnthusiasm and strong motivation for work
