90% of Place Eleven offices have been leased out. Negotiations with potential tenants are taking place for the rest of the premises.

Place Eleven draw attention from both potential tenants (companies already operating in Riga and new companies) as well as from other project developers. Many  looked on this project through a prism - if this project is successful and fully occupied, there is place for new projects. We hope that, having seen the good results of Place Eleven project, developers will become more confident and will believe in what we - Colliers - have been saying for several years now - that we need new, modern office buildings and there is demand for such premises.

Hanner Group is the developer of the Place Eleven office complex, SIA Alfa Constructions – the Latvian subsidiary of Hanner Group – is the general contractor. Colliers International is an exclusive landlord representative for Place Eleven project.
