In the middle of October four new shops opened on the second floor of the Stockmann department store, offering the first in Latvia concept for customers. Among the new tenants are the watch store Laiks, Wood Religion Barber Shop, Metropole Optika and the book store Zvaigzne ABC which will occupy together almost 600 m2.
“Stockmann is focusing in its own department store operations on fashion, food, cosmetics and home products. The tenants will complement the shopping experience by offering additional products and services for our customers. The project for reorganisation and lease of available area is now completed in Riga”, says Brets Pirtnieks, Regional Manager for Stockmann Real Estate.
International real estate consultancy company Colliers International Latvia attracted 7 new tenants in total within the cooperation agreement for leasing premises under a new strategy and concept in Stockmann building in Riga. Two new tenants - electrical appliance store Euronics and café Costa Coffee opened in Stockmann in September 2015. Later, in January 2016 the company Anvol opened XS Rotaļlietas store on the fourth floor of Stockmann.
