Place Eleven will be the most sustainable and one of the largest class A office buildings in Riga. Construction of the complex is to be completed at the end of this year. The 14-story office building will have an extensive green roof terrace, multistorey parking lot for 400 cars and 80 bicycles. The total area of the complex will be 24,000 m2 and offices will occupy 15,000 m2.

Earlier this year, Place Eleven received the BREEAM New Construction offices certificate, which affirms that Place Eleven is being developed in accordance with the highest requirements of sustainable construction. BREEAM certification means, that the office building is constructed with the right combination of environmentally friendly planning, technologies and materials, providing a more healthy and pleasant working space for its tenants.
Place Eleven received the BREEAM Excellent level certificate, scoring the highest marks in energy consumption, transport, and water consumption management categories. Highest score in energy consumption for Place Eleven also means substantially lower operating and maintenance costs, including lower utility bills.
In addition, Place Eleven also won the first place in the nomination for The Most Sustainable Project in Latvia in 2015.
