As the result of the free sale process, that was organized by international real estate services company “Colliers International” on behalf of BAB bank Snoras, a historical building located at 23 Pils Street on Doma Square was sold for 6 010 000 euros. The building was acquired by SIA „UNISEB”.
As it was mentioned before, the property is situated in a prestigious location with excellent visual accessibility and placement. The object is multifunctional and premises can be used for offices, hotel or apartments. New owners have not announced their plans for the building yet.
Object at 23 Pils Street is the last out of two properties that were owned by BAB bank Snoras in Latvia. The first object that is located at 15 J. Dalina Street was sold in August this year and the building is already fully leased.
