Emefa Anthony has joined the team as a Portfolio Analyst.  Emefa joins from Knight Frank where she was a Research Analyst, and has seven years’ real estate experience as an analyst in the economic and property market, working at CBRE for various client accounts including HSBC.

James Rawdon-Mogg has also joined the team as a Senior Portfolio Manager from his previous role at Savills.  James has six years’ experience in commercial asset management, corporate real estate consultancy, lease advisory and property management, qualifying as a surveyor in 2009. He has worked on clients ranging from large corporates such as National Grid, Electronic Data Systems, BP and Shell, to small investment clients with commercial portfolios. In 2010, James spent a year on TA mobilisation as a Captain in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, before returning to the property sector in 2011.

Finally, the team welcomes Rhebeckha D'Silva on the BT Global account as an Analyst from Jones Lang LaSalle where she was a Leasing Analyst for two years working on its Telstra account.

Guy Douetil, Head of EMEA Corporate Solutions at Colliers International said: “The team has had a great run of high profile contract wins this year, including the mandate to advise Her Majesty’s Government in Canada on its EMEA portfolio; BT for its entire global estate outside the UK and Ireland; the appointment to the Jaguar Land Rover property panel; as well as other corporate wins with NASDAQ, L’Oreal, Maersk, Rentokil Initial and Mitchells & Butlers. Emefa, James and Rhebeckha will provide valuable and instrumental advice in delivering multi-discipline strategy-led solutions to these global contracts.”
The news follows the announcement that Simon Ford will also join Colliers International’s EMEA Corporate Solutions team in January from CBRE, to strengthen its global account management capability. Today’s recruits will make it ten hires for the firm in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team this year.
