Colliers International Italia, advised Marino Golinelli & C. Sapa on the sale of a property, located in Viale Sarca 223 in Milan to AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets, acting on behalf of one of its clients.
The building, owned by Marino Golinelli & C Sapa and S.I.S.TE Srl, is located in the former industrial area of Bicocca in the proximity of the University Camp and the Hangar Pirelli. The building has a total GLA of about 14.200 sqm and consist of 10 floors over the ground plus 2 basements.
After the transaction, the asset will be object of a total requalification intervention, made by the Park Studio Associati, appointed by the new property with the aim to refurbish the spaces in a contemporary key. Park Associati’s project totally rethinks both the internal life of the building and its external configuration. Inside, in addition to efficient and comfortable areas dedicated to work, flexible solutions and common spaces are alternated on the ground floor and on the rooftop, aimed at satisfying the functional needs and wellness of the users. The rethinking of the architectural composition gives the building an iconic form, working with pure volumes, simple and elegant materials and lines. The beating heart of the complex will be the large double-height green terraces and the garden around the building, designed to encourage alternative and smart working.
The transaction value is approximately 22 Million Euros. Colliers Italia’s Investment Team made successful action to achieve the deal.
