Colliers International completes major hotel deal in Gran Canaria, Servatur is the largest operator in the region
Servatur has more than 3,000 beds
Colliers International has just concluded the sale of two hotel companies in Gran Canaria for an undisclosed price. The purchaser of both hotel groups is the Norwegian investor, Kai Canari AS, the vendor was the bankruptcy estate of Faktor Eiendom nd was represented by Colliers International with joint efforts from Norway and Spain. We was also working together with a Norwegian hotel specialist Anders Vatne.
Thor Bjørdal AS, CEO of Colliers International AS, Norway commented: “This cross-border collaboration between our Norwegian and Spanish teams gives us encouragement that there is still demand in the European market for quality hotels that are in the right location. We see further interest from the Nordic investors to invest in Spain.”
The larger of the two hotel groups is Servatur, which has more than 3,000 beds, making it the largest operator of 3 to 4 star hotels in Gran Canaria.
