Key appointments to Colliers International's Russian retail division
The Russian Retail team will benefit from six new retail experts
Moscow, November 8, 2012. Colliers International Russia has hired six new retail experts to join its existing 20-strong retail team. The new hires will enable to carry on Colliers’ work with key retail projects and further expand company’s retail portfolio in Russia.
Mikhail Sverdlov, previously a director at Cushman & Wakefield, will join as Director of Retail Agency, Moscow. At Cushman & Wakefield he managed the shopping center leasing process, working with both landlords and tenants, throughout Russia and also worked with developers such as Crocus Group, Regional Investments, Dekmos, MDS Group. Prior to C&W Mikhail worked at «Trusinvest-V» who developed SCs Zapadny, Pyramid and Tverskoy Passage in Moscow and at the brokerage firm, Magazin Magazinov.
Vladislav Nikolaev, who will become Colliers’ Head of Retail Consulting, joins from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was also Head of Retail Consulting in St. Petersburg. Vladislav has worked with developers such as Dorinda-Invest, SRV Development, Stroykorporatsya Elis, Fort Group, to name a few. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Vladislav also worked at LCMC and Praktis.

Viktor, Vasilisa, Boris and Dina are all joining from Cushman & Wakefield.
