Viktoria Kamliuk, Head of Street Retail Group of Colliers International Retail Property Department:
“For a long time, only the even side of the most marketable part of Tverskaya street was considered commercially successful. But, more recently, new tenants have gradually occupied the ‘Central Telegraph’ and neighboring buildings. This new trend has made the odd side of this stretch of Tverskaya street a shopping area in high demand”.
The Reserved trademark belongs to LLP S. A., a Polish company specializing in the design and sale of clothing apparel. The LPP S.A. portfolio includes five clothing brands: Reserved, Cropp Town, Mohito, Sinsay, and PROMOSTARS. The company’s headquarters and design offices are based in Gdańsk, Poland.
