April 25, 2012 Moscow – TAY Gallery is located in the centre of one of the largest and actively developing Saratov’s districts, in historically ‘shopping area’ at the intersection of the main transport and foot traffic flows.

Saratov is the administrative centre of the Saratov region with great potential to growth and huge transport and logistic hub of the Privolzhsky Federal District. The total population of the agglomeration (including the town Engels) is 1,190 000 people.

TAY Gallery will be built in the centre of Lenin district near the main transport and pedestrian traffic flows in Saratov – on the 50th Anniversary of October Prospect. The public transport stops are located in immediate proximity to the SEC. Also comfortable access by private transport is arranged. 

The catchment area is more than 966 thousand people. In addition the residential estate of the comfort-class Cheremushki with a GBA of 140,000 sqm and accommodating 5,000 residents is being constructed in the vicinity to the SEC.

The developer of TAY Gallery is TDS corporation with 50 years of successful experience of implementing the projects in commercial and residential real estate in the Saratov market.

The total area of the SEC TAY Gallery is 108,400 sqm (GLA – 79,700 sqm). Two-level underground parking for 2,400 parking places and ground parking is stipulated by the project.

The exclusive leasing agent is Colliers International, one of the largest international consulting companies.

The major tenants will be large federal retail operators: hypermarket, supermarket of household appliances and electronics, multiplex and family entertainment centre. The first ice arena and aqua park with the GBA of 12,500 sqm in Saratov will form the part of the SEC TAY Gallery. The international retail operators, major federal networks and brands new to the Russian market will be attracted to join the project.
