Colliers International is the proud winner of Most Active London Industrial and Distribution Agent of the Year in the EGi 2011 Deals Competition. 

The EGi 2011 Deals Competition is based on transaction volumes across the industry and the results provide some valuable insights into the changing commercial property landscape. The Colliers International Industrial and Logistics team in London saw market share rise by 15% during 2011, accounting for 28% of all transactions recorded in London. For transactions of units in excess of 100,000 sq ft Colliers involvement increased to over 50%.

Across London and the South East Colliers were involved in six transactions in excess of 100,000 sq ft, the total of which was 958,820 sq ft. While the average deal size across London and the South East during 2011 was 8,027 sq ft, Colliers recorded an average deal size of 21,483 sq ft, underlining its healthy involvement with 10,000 sq ft plus deals.
