Expanding business moves to larger site in Bolton

Lockers & Benches Ltd, a UK manufacturer and distributor of changing room furniture and a leading supplier of Probe lockers, is relocating to bigger and better premises in Bolton thanks to real estate advisors Colliers International.

The firm, which supplies changing room furniture and the Probe brand of lockers to schools, hospitals, leisure and sports centres and police forces across the UK, is relocating from Unit 8, Pocket Workshops, Washington Street, Bolton to the 5,000 sq ft Unit B9 on Edgefold Industrial Estate Plodder Lane, Farnworth, Bolton.

The letting for a term of five years was secured on behalf of landlord Seddon Estates by the Manchester offices of Colliers International and Nolan Redshaw, joint agents for Edgefold Industrial Estate.

Freddie Oakey, graduate surveyor logistics and industrial at Colliers International, said: “Lockers & Benches Ltd is a successful and expanding business and we were delighted to source larger premises for them.”
