Zolfo Cooper LLP

On the instructions of Zolfo Cooper, Joint Administrators of Cal Management Ltd the Leeds Licensed & Leisure department of Colliers International has been instructed to dispose of the freehold interest in two public house properties located near Bishop Auckland in County Durham.

The Royal Oak is located in the attractive village of Staindrop and is an elegant Grade II listed property on the main street in the centre of the village. The asking price for the Royal Oak is £125,000.

The Station in St Helen Auckland is a large brick-built property facing the A688 and adjacent to Hindon Beck and offers around £60,000 are being sought.

Leigh Parsons, Director at Colliers International commented: “These properties represent exceptional value for money. Both have potential for numerous alternative uses, subject to the appropriate consents, or could be an excellent business opportunity for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial purchaser.”

These properties are the latest of a number of disposals Colliers International is handling on behalf of the Administrators throughout the North of England.
