Grosvenor has recently successfully concluded negotiations to bring luxury tailoring house, Spencer Hart, to Brook Street.

Agreement has been reached for Spencer Hart to occupy the 2,450 sq ft premises at 62 – 64 Brook Street, London W1 on a 15-year lease at a rental of £145,000 pa with a landlord break in 2016.
