Colliers International has appointed a new Head of South East Offices to its National Offices Team. Philip Papenfus will join Colliers from his own company, Cornerpoint where he worked with a broad spectrum of landlord clients including Stanhope, Legal & General and Threadneedle.

Philip started his career in the M25 offices team at Savills and, until forming Cornerpoint in 2009 was Partner responsible for South East Offices at King Sturge for over 7 years.

Mark Taylor, Head of National Offices at Colliers International commented: “We are delighted that Philip has chosen to join Colliers. His focus and strength will be of undoubted benefit to our clients, and his knowledge and experience will reinforce our sector offer.”

Phillip added: “I am looking forward to joining Colliers International, particularly given their excellent connections with occupiers.  I was encouraged by their impressive track record in the sector. This occupier strength blended with my landlord skillset makes for an exciting dynamic and something which investors are looking for in a property advisory company.’’

“Forming my own company taught me a huge amount not least of which is the importance of timely execution. I am relishing the opportunity to be part of the Colliers team and to be involved in working with their global connections to the benefit of UK landlords.”
