Acting on behalf of Sweaty Betty, Colliers International’s Central London Retail Agency team has acquired a new store for the high-end active wear retailer within Argent’s King’s Cross redevelopment.
The brand, which specialises in ‘activewear for women who want to look good and workout’ is due to move into a 1,722 sq ft unit, on a 10-year lease.

Born in Notting Hill, London in 1998, Sweaty Betty was founded by Tamara Hill-Norton to redefine the way women dress for fitness and beyond. Famous for reversible yoga pants, statement prints, bum-sculpting leggings and technical fabrics, the women’s retailer, has over 60 shops worldwide including concessions in Harrods and Bloomingdales and a flagship store in Carnaby Street.
