Colliers International has been instructed to sell the Sewerby Grange Hotel at Sewerby near Bridlington, East Yorkshire on behalf of the current owners.

Owned and operated by Daren Broom since 2004, the Grade II listed country house hotel and restaurant has been placed on the market for an asking price of £675,000.

Sewerby Grange has eight beautifully appointed letting bedrooms, lounge bar, restaurant, bistro, substantial private accommodation for owners and staff, delightful lawned gardens, and the added potential to develop four holiday letting cabins in the grounds.

Owner, Daren Broom, added: “Sewerby Grange is a great place to live and work and being in such a strong trading location, the business ticks over beautifully year after year. Bridlington and Sewerby have a tremendous amount going for them with lovely beaches, the harbour, sailing facilities, golf courses, cliffs, wonderful views, and Sewerby Hall of course, so no doubt the new owners will have a lot to look forward to.”
