Colliers International has advised Vita Mojo, the world’s first ultra-personalised food-tech restaurant on the letting of its new HQ, a 3,500 sq ft unit store with offices and a training facility, on 46 Gresham Street in The City, London, on a 20-year lease for £125,000 per annum. The store is due to open in January 2018.

Vita Mojo is famous for using software to combine the know-how of a nutritionist and a chef.  The concept allows customers to adjust quantities and ingredients of any given meal using Vita Mojo’s easy-to-use food calculator based on their height, weight, dietary requirements and fitness goals to make custom high-protein, vegan, or decadent meals. With easy access to macros and nutritional information, Vita Mojo is the perfect lunch-partner for any fitness programme and diet.

Kit Alexander, Associate Director in Colliers International’s Central London Restaurant team, commented: “Vita Mojo has grown from strength-to-strength in the past few years, particularly since its crowdfunding activity earlier this year.

“People are now far more concerned about where their food is coming from and their nutritional and dietary needs so the brand’s ethos of only using premium, ethically sourced fresh and seasonal produce, which is cooked from scratch every day, with no added preservatives or sugars, is clearly appealing to London’s health-conscious consumer. Healthy eating has been, and continues to be, the biggest trend we’ve witnessed in the food sector of late and we shall certainly be seeing Vita Mojo continue on its journey to expand across the capital and the UK.”

Vita Mojo opened its debut store in March 2016.  It now has two other branches in Spitalfields and Canary Wharf. Earlier this year, the company launched a crowd-fundraising campaign and reached its £1.5 million target within the first 24 hours.

The landlord was represented by Shelley Sandzer, Restaurant, Bar, Club and Leisure Leasing Property Agents. Vita Mojo was represented by Colliers International.
