In a strategic move to strengthen the firm’s London expertise, Colliers International has announced today that a leading office agency and occupier advisory team has joined the firm’s UK business. Industry leaders James Walker, Natalie Lelliott, Oliver Hawking and Stuart Commins all join Colliers from CBRE and will work together with the newly appointed Director, City Capital Markets, Dominic Amey.
“We aim to attract exceptional people and this dynamic new team is brimming with the energy and fervour that make them stand out in the market,” said Tony Horrell, Colliers’ CEO UK & Ireland. “Bringing this team together marks another step in Colliers’ continuing growth plans in London, underpinning previous acquisitions in the West End and City Fringe, as well as laying the groundwork for further planned organic growth. This move bolsters our business in one of the most important locations for real estate in the world and provides Colliers’ clients with the industry’s best strategic thinking, tactical advice and transactional execution.”
James Walker, Colliers’ new Head of City Agency & Occupier Advisory, was previously a Senior Director in CBRE’s City Agency team and has over 15 years’ experience advising both landlords and tenants on lettings, acquisitions, lease renewals and lease restructurings. He is joined by fellow City Agency & Occupier Advisory Directors, Natalie Lelliott, Oliver Hawking and Stuart Commins, who were also previously with CBRE. All of whom have exceptional track records in the City Core, Midtown, Southbank and Docklands markets and their reputation for client service is exemplary. Together, the team bring an innovative and dynamic approach to the ever-changing London workplace.
Completing the team is Director, Dominic Amey, who will specialise in City Capital Markets. Dominic has been active in the Central London property market for more than 20 years and has been with Colliers since 2003, specialising in London investment. He brings with him a wealth of experience advising institutions and international private investors on the sale and acquisition of some of London’s most prestigious addresses.
“We do our utmost to give our clients a significant competitive advantage by delivering A-grade people and quality market intelligence across our global platform. James, Dominic and their growing team will perfectly complement the strengths of our existing London offering and will help us to continue to accelerate the success of our clients,” adds Horrell.
