A team of 21 Colliers employees who took part in the award-winning Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday 08 October, has raised over £7,300 for Mind, the mental health charity which provides advice and support for those experiencing a mental health problem.

The 21.1km (13 miles) route took them, and 16,000 others, through central London past some of the capital's most iconic landmarks and around four of the Royal Parks - Hyde Park, Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.

Katie Robinson, one of the Colliers runners, commented: “The weather and atmosphere on the day were perfect for running a half marathon. Many of us had put in hours of training in the months leading up to the race and it really paid off on the day.

“This is the second year we have run on behalf of Mind, which is such a commendable charity and we’re thrilled that our fundraising efforts will be able to help improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health.”
