The National Offices team at Colliers International has agreed a new 10-year lease at 1 Broad Gate, Leeds, on behalf of Ramboll, which has committed to 5,277 sq ft, increasing its previous demise by over 1,400 sq ft.
Broad Gate, formerly Lewis’s department store, was comprehensively re-developed in 2009 to provide a 300,000 sq. ft. landmark mixed-use development with notable tenants including Yorkshire Building Society, KPMG and Colliers International.
Ramboll is a global design, engineering and management consultancy firm. In 2014 Ramboll acquired Environ, a leading environmental and health consultancy which has been based at Northwood Regional UK, 1 Broad Gate office development since 2012. This year Ramboll has expanded its premises at Broad Gate in order to accommodate all employees in Leeds and allow for future growth.
