Colliers International has further strengthened its UK Residential team with the appointment of Toby Greville as a Director.

The former Army Major, Greville joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Partner and worked for ten years specialising in residential development agency. In his new role at Colliers International, Toby will lead the existing residential development team reporting directly to Ashley Osborne, Head of UK Residential.

Toby has been behind some of London’s largest residential schemes including; Fulham Reach (Berkeley Group), The Eagle (Mount Anvil) and The Rich Estate, Bermondsey (London Square).  Toby has also overseen numerous disposals for a host of clients including: NAMA, Goodman, Citi, Investec, Unite the Union, F&C REIT, JP Morgan, Rich Investments, Aref Bank and CIPFA.

On the appointment, Ashley Osborne, Colliers International, said: “Toby’s expertise in the development and execution of disposal strategies for clients is second to none. Toby will work alongside existing directors Annabel Haan and Andrew White as we continue to grow and increase our presence in the residential market.
