The Holiday Inn Corby is an impressive purpose built commercial hotel with 105 well-appointed bedrooms. The hotel also provides a wide range of meeting facilities and three excellent restaurants and a full leisure facility and is located in an excellent position near the A1 and A14.

The intention of the purchasers is to retain the franchise agreement and continue to operate the hotel as an upgraded Holiday Inn following an extensive refurbishment programme.

The purchasers have appointed Starboard Hotels to run the hotel for them under a management agreement.
