Colliers International Turkey, which has provided specialized services to many domestic and international companies in relocating their offices in Turkey, assisted Kimberly Clark in their relocation process. Kimberly Clark needed to relocate from current premises, which was aged and out of date in terms of technical infrastructure. Main goal was to do this without increasing occupancy cost budget. Colliers suggested to relocate to a recently developed A Class building within the same location, which had high vacancy and therefore landlords are easier to negotiate and willing to give more incentives. Using the reputable name of the tenant as a leverage in negotiations, Colliers secured a 5 year lease by receiving a relatively longer rent free period to market standards while not increasing the client’s current occupancy cost.
