Located at LES DOCKS building in the heart of Marseille’s business district, the new office will be headed by Edouard Renaut and Paul-Eric Roubaud.

Edouard Renaut began his career as a Senior Consultant at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Paris, where he spent six years. He then joined Cushman & Wakefield in Marseille, where he headed up the Logistics unit for four years before joining Colliers International France to co-manage the Marseille/Aix office. Edouard Renaut is a masters graduate in business engineering and international trade from ISC Paris business school.

Paul-Eric Roubaud, 30, is appointed Managing Partner in charge of Offices at Colliers International’s PACA office. After spending four years at Real Land Group specialising in real estate development and transaction advisory as an Office Consultant, then four years at DTZ – Cushman & Wakefield as an Office Consultant covering Marseille and its surrounding area, Paul-Eric Roubaud has joined Colliers International to co-manage the group’s activities in Marseille/Aix and the PACA region.

By setting up operations at the very heart of the Euroméditerranée national interest project, in the LES DOCKS building, Colliers International is sending out a very strong signal of our intention to play a part in the development of the Aix Marseille metropolitan area. Ultimately, this quarter, which has already been selected by some of the biggest local and national corporate names (SNEF, CMA CGM, Orange, IRD, etc.), will boast more than 1,000,000 sq. m. of office and business space, making it the third largest business quarter in France. Colliers International is therefore taking up a position at the very core of what is the future of the Aix Marseille metropolitan area. We believe that the Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur region harbours considerable potential, with an ideal geographical position and strong economic momentum.” - Edouard Renaut and Paul-Eric Roubaud. “Moreover, our excellent knowledge of local tertiary and industrial markets, combined with our recognised expertise in transactions and the backing of Colliers International’s robust network, are guarantees that our clients can count on to ensure their undertakings are a success”.

“The decision to open an office in the PACA region fits in with Colliers International France’s objective to expand its operations in the provinces and extend its foothold across France.” - Eric Violle, Senior Vice President in charge of acquisitions, the development of subsidiaries and provincial operations. “We now have four offices in the provinces (Lyon, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Marseille). Our objective is to galvanise Colliers International France’s presence in the main provincial cities with a view to optimising our national reach and fulfilling the major expansion ambitions that Colliers has for the EMEA region, notably for France
.”

Chris McLernon, CEO, EMEA at Colliers International, adds: “I am pleased to see the continuation of our EMEA growth strategy with the announcement of a new office in Marseille. France continues to be an important market for Colliers International and the Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur region in particular presents considerable opportunity for growth. I have no doubt that the team we have in place, led by Edouard and Paul-Eric, will work hard to ensure this potential is realised.”
