The MALL retail real estate exhibition made its debut in 2004. During the past years, the exhibition has become an acclaimed international trend-setting venue for the Russian retail property. From 2004 to 2010, more than 300 companies exhibited at the show and the aggregate attendance amounted to 42,000 visitors. As the commercial real estate market is gradually overcoming the recession and rising to a new quality level, the exhibition organizers decided on its general rebranding and widening the opportunities for property presentation at the Moscow venue. From 2011, the exhibition is renamed into REX (Real Estate Exhibition).
