The complex of buildings was formerly the site of the “Bolshevik” confectionery factory and is situated on Leningradsky Avenue, near the Belorusskaya metro station. As well as the A-class business center, within the complex, there are also a Russian impressionism museum, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Odin is an IT company that provides solutions for cloud-based ecosystems from the small local hosting companies to the largest global telecommunications operators. Recently, Odin became part of the global cloud-based services provider, Ingram Micro, which acquired the brand from the Russian software developer Parallels. Thanks to this deal, Ingram Micro has opened new opportunities for itself in the Russian market.

Alexander Ostrovsky, the CEO of O1 Properties: “This deal proves that, despite the challenging economic situation, international companies are continuing to grow and looking to improve the premises they rent. We welcome Odin’s Russian office as a tenant of the Bolshevik Business Center, and we are sure that the unique concept of the building, together with the developed infrastructure in the area, will be ideally suited to Odin’s needs.”

Alexey Badaev, the CEO of Odin: “Today Odin is competing with other Moscow IT and Internet companies to find the best office spaces. Our move into the Bolshevik Business Center has made it possible to provide our employees with comfortable and advanced working conditions in the center of the city. The site integrates the latest technology with magnificent historical architecture. The airy, open facilities with large windows are perfect for organizing the workspace of our software developers.”

Francois Nonnenmacher, Director of Occupier Representation Department of Colliers International: “This is an important deal, allowing Odin to reach a new level of development. Thanks to this arrangement, the Bolshevik Center has gained an excellent tenant of international renown. This complex is a unique asset in the O1 Properties portfolio. Its convenient location, unique architecture and history, combined with professional management, and other equally important components, make this facility very popular among tenants.”
