In her new position, Vera will continue to lead the corporate solutions business unit, and will also be responsible for the department of office real estate in Russia. The responsibilities of the corporate solutions and office agency team under Vera Zimenkova include a full range of consulting services in the office real estate sector – development of property strategies, analysis of the existing portfolio, identification of the best use of the property within tenants’ / buyers’ business purposes and representation of landlords’ interests.
Vera began her professional career in commercial real estate in 2002 at Cushman & Wakefield, where she went from being an assistant to a partner in the company.
Vera joined the Colliers International Team in September 2011 as director of the corporate solutions department. Under Vera’s leadership, the unit closed a number of landmark transactions in 2015 in the office sector and achieved the best results in its entire history. Vera has extensive experience in commercial real estate consulting, with a portfolio of more than 100 successful projects. She has supervised transactions with a total area of more than 350,000 m2. Major clients include BP, Nokia, Philips, BMW, Ford, Sun lnterbrew and others.
Vera has also supervised landmark projects in the office market for GM, BBDO, Yandex, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, and others.
Vera graduated from the Moscow State Linguistic University, and she is a CCIM and AICF INSEAD candidate.
