Today the portfolio of Colliers International Russia includes 5 exclusive projects to sell investment assets and the largest number of exclusive lease agency agreements among consulting companies for retail premises – 20 major projects in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other regional centers. In 2013 Colliers International signed 6 exclusive agreements, including for the Hollywood shopping center in St. Petersburg and projects in the Moscow region cities of Odintsovo, Obukhovo, Lyubertsy and Pavlovsky Posad as well as in the regional capital of Lipetsk.
In the Russian industrial sector Colliers International is second among consulting companies in terms of the volume of warehouse space leased and sold. In 2012 consultants of the Industrial & Warehouse Department of Colliers International advised on deals totaling approximately 273,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and other cities of Russia.
The company’s portfolio also includes 3 exclusive agency agreements on major warehouse projects, one of which is the largest class A warehouse complex in Russia – the Sofino logistics park. This project totals over 840,000 sqm and is being developed in the Moscow region by AT Real Estate.

Nikolay Kazanskiy was appointed Managing Director of Colliers International Russia in October 2012. His first priorities were corporate restructuring, drafting a new development strategy and strengthening the company’s strategic positions in Russia in such areas as investment, retail, valuation and consulting.
Under leadership of Nikolay, who first joined the company more than 10 years ago, Colliers International has on six occasions won Best Consulting Company St. Petersburg in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 at the annual CRE Saint Petersburg Awards. In 2012 Nikolay was named Personality of the Year at the CRE Saint Petersburg Awards.
Nikolay’s key achievements include building a stable and prosperous business and creating a strong management team at Colliers International Russia. He has also played a key role in the integration of the operations of the Russian office with other global offices of Colliers International, which has helped increase the number of international transactions and reinforced cooperation between the firm’s offices worldwide.

Vladislav Ryabov joined Colliers International in 2006 and has been Director of the Warehouse Department since 2009. In this role he has succeeded in strengthening such important strategic business areas as tenant representation, self-storage services and development consultancy. At Colliers he has personally assisted Russian and international clients in the acquisition of approximately 1 mln sqm of industrial & logistics space in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other regions. Among Vladislav’s most recent achievements was Colliers International’s win in the nomination for 2013 Warehouse Deal of the Year at the CRE Moscow Awards.
