St. Petersburg, July 11, 2013. – The new office centre is a reconstruction project of the former warehouse into a modern seven-storey B + class office building with the total area of ​​21,000 sq. m. The facility is located at the Kievskaya st., 5 on the second line of the Moskovsky prospect within a walking distance from the Frunzenskaya metro station. The proximity of the Moskovsky prospect provides a good transport communication with the city center, the airport and federal highways. The reconstruction of the office centre starts in the first quarter of 2014, while the commissioning is planned in a year. The developer of the project is Energy Group of companies; the developer of the concept is Colliers International.

During the renovation of the former warehouse building only the load-bearing walls will be kept. The new office facility will be provided with modern utilities and efficient layouts. The target audiences of the project are the companies that highly appreciate a good transport accessibility of the office, functionality and the quality infrastructure.

A 4-star class hotel with 235 rooms and a multi-level parking for 200 cars will be affiliated additionally to the business centre. The land plot for the construction amounts 1.5 hectares. The construction of the hotel began this year in June; the commissioning is planned along with the office centre.

According to Colliers International, a new social and business cluster is currently actively generating in the northern part of the Moskovsky prospect close to Frunzenskaya, Elektrosila and Moskovskie vorota metro stations. About twelve A and B class office centres with the total leasable area amounting ​​80,600 sq. m and the occupancy rate amounting 88.7% operate there successfully. The vacancy rate is no more than 11% in A and B class office facilities (the vacant space does not exceed 10,000 sq. m. in H1 2013). The construction of two major quality office centres which is planned within two years will strengthen the image of this location as one of the largest business area of St. Petersburg.
