Its anchor tenants are Billa food supermarket, Media Markt electronics hypermarket, Yarmarka Mebeli (Furniture Fair), and 7-screen Luxor cinema. The shopping arcade comprises renowned global and Russian brands: New Yorker, INCITY, L'Etoile, Rive Gauche, Gloria Jeans, Adidas, Centro, Finn Flare, Zolla, Dochki&Synochki. Besides, a children's playground and a food court are available.

Arena is located in the town's biggest Kominternovsky district, which accounts for more than a third of Voronezh inhabitants.
