Vladimir Sergunin has graduated from St. Petersburg state university of engineering and economics, where he finished 2 faculties (marketing and production management) with honours and the status of “Best graduate”. In 2007 he becomes Master in science in Finance and business management degree from University of Bedfordshire (UK). Also holds PhD in economics and currently studying in CCIM institute (investments in Real Estate, US) twice being the winner of Russian president scholarship and Russian government scholarship holder.
Since 2006 Vladimir works at Colliers St. Petersburg starting his way from the position of investment analytic to the head of investment division. He participated and managed investment deals in the sum of US $700 mln. His specialization – M&A deals, cooperation with International investment funds and developers, managing real estate acquisition projects, financing attraction (loans, equity), direct sales, investment analysis.
In 2012 Vladimir was promoted to Director of Investment and Consulting and combined the management under two significant departments. In his current position Vladimir is in charge of development and promotion of new consulting services - urban planning consulting, green building (LEED) and architectural accompaniment of all projects. He is one of the youngest employees in the position of commercial department’s director in Colliers.
Vladimir is involved in Innovation Team in Colliers. He is always full of new ideas and rapidly turns them into reality. His strong characteristics are enterprising, result-oriented, high quality of services, creativity, responsibility, perseverance, respect for the clients, innovation. His enterprising approach became evident in 2011 when Colliers International was the consultant of acquisition the real estate portfolio of shopping centres. One of Vladimir’s new business ideas is to provide clients the full circle of services – to support their business and development projects from the concept of consulting to the final investment sale.
