Dimitri is charged with the development and implementation of a growth strategy for the Office Agency. He oversees leasing of key projects, tenant representation, business development and day-to-day management of the Office Agency.
During his exposure to St. Petersburg office market, Dimitri earned his reputation of an experienced professional, having developed strong business relationships with the city's major developers and landlords, such as Stockmann, PAN, Renaissance Development, EKE, BFA, BTK Development and others. Dimitri secured leases in excess of 50,000 sq м.
Prior to his return to Russia in 2005, Dimitri worked and lived for 10 years in Canada, where he ran sales & marketing at a number of international companies.
He started the career in real estate in 2006 at Jong Lang LaSalle's Moscow office and transferred to spearhead the office agency business to St. Petersburg.
While Lang LaSalle St. Petersburg, Dimitri secured a number of notable leases, including 6,000 sq m (Kodeks); 1,500 sq m (Maersk Line); 1,500 sq m (Ilim); 1,300 sq m (Swedbank); 1,200 sq m (Naturprodukt), 1,100 sq m (Rosneftbunker).
In February 2010, Dimitri joined Colliers International as Associate Director, Office Agency. His achievements include the leasing of several Class A properties, including Stockmann Nevsky Centre, Nekrasova 14, Renaissance Forum, lease renegotiations for Quest Software and Tieto, and a number of notable leashold acquisitions by Gazprom, Gazprom neft, VTB Capital, Philip Morris Sales & Marketing and Regus.
Dimitri holds a Master's degree in B.A. (Walsh University, Ohio, USA) and B.A. in international communications from Moscow State Institute for Foreign Relations. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
