Colliers will be in charge of the sale of the land and the technical and town planning advisory services required to modify Motrils Townplanning Masterplan, to allow the development of the hotel reseort in the former summer villa of the King and Queen of Belgium.

The land site has an approximated area of 25,000m² and will host a 120 to 150 room hotel.
