Global real estate services leader, Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) announces two senior hires, bolstering the firm’s capabilities in Capital Markets and Investment Services (CMIS), and Workplace Strategy for Office Services.
The new hires are Jerome Wright and Samarth Kasturia. Jerome joins as Director of the CMIS team. He reports to Tang Wei Leng, Managing Director, Colliers International Singapore. Samarth joins as Associate Director, Workplace Strategy, reporting to Duncan White, Head of Office Services.

Jerome has 12 years of real estate experience in the field of corporate commercial leasing in Singapore, and the UK. MRICS and CEA qualified, he brings to the position extensive transactional and mediation experience acquired principally in the Singapore market advising both occupier clients and developer/investor clients. Prior to joining Colliers International, Jerome was Director, Commercial Leasing at an international real estate agency firm where he oversaw large projects, providing blue chip corporate clients with strategic advice to fulfil their real estate needs in Singapore.

Samarth has more than six years of corporate real estate experience focusing on strategic consulting, workplace strategy development, implementation and management. Prior to joining Colliers International, Samarth worked with multiple international property consultancies, and serviced regional clients including Shell Eastern Petroleum as their Regional Workplace Strategy Manager. Other consultancy clients include British Petroleum, WPP Regional, ANZ, Citibank, and Facebook.
