Slated to be the Largest Freehold Automobile Mega Hub in Singapore
International property consultant, Colliers International has been appointed by BS Capital Group as its marketing agent for the sale of the strata-titled units at Carros Centre.
Located at 60 Jalan Lam Huat, Carros Centre is a freehold 7-storey B2 general industrial and warehouse development comprising a total of 383 ramp-up units. Of these, 213 units located from the 3rd to 5th level are put up for sale. The remaining 170 units on the other levels are retained by the developer to be put up for lease.
The units that are put up for sale have floor areas ranging from approximately 1,700 sq ft to 4,198 sq ft. They have direct vehicular access, a column-free layout which allows for maximised space planning, a loading capacity of 12.5 kN per sq m and a floor-to-floor height of 6 m. Each unit is furnished with an attached toilet and floor trap connected to a common garage gully.
There is no void space in the units that are put up for sale and prices start from S$870 per sq ft. The development is estimated to obtain its temporary occupation permit in 2017.
