Colliers International has been voted by its clients as the Best Property Advisory/Consultancy in the REIW Asia Awards for Excellence 2013 – the region’s most prestigious accolades for real estate players.  The awards honour companies that make outstanding contributions – in terms of growth, outperformance, and adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs – to the real estate industry in Asia.

Thanking the clients for this vote of excellence, Mr Piers Brunner (潘秉兆), Chief Executive Officer | Asia, Colliers International, attributed the success to the company’s core values – service and expertise.

Mr Brunner says, “These core values underpin the quality of the services we provide. Our specialists help our clients grow their business by seeking to first understand our clients’ business needs before coming up with innovative and integrated solutions that consistently exceed their expectations.”

He added that the company has recently repositioned the investment services group in Asia with key executive appointments. Industry veteran, Mr Terence Tang (邓文杰), now leads the restructured Asia Capital Market and Investment Services Division.

Mr Brunner says, “There has been a significant growth of institutional capital in Asia and we are also seeing more Asian private wealth capital looking for investment opportunities. Hence, the investment advisory services need to be regionalised and institutionalised, as it is all about serving the interests of the clients. Having an integrated regional structure will help serve our clients even better.”

The awards presentation ceremony was held in the presence of more than 250 leading industry personalities at the REIW Asia Industry Gala Dinner on June 26, 2013 at the Marina Bay Sands Singapore.

REIW Asia Awards for Excellence 2013 is held for the second year, in conjunction with Real Estate Investment World Asia 2013 – the region’s largest industry convention which showcases the strategies, personalities and companies in real estate investment management, development and finance.
