Puma, one of the largest sport lifestyle brands in the world, appointed the Colliers International Office team in Czech Republic as their exclusive advisors for the re-negotiation of their current lease terms in Beta building of the BB Centrum project in Prague 4.

Colliers entered into negotiations with Puma’s current landlord while simultaneously advising Puma to announce their requirement to the market and consider other available options for comparison.

After months of analysis, Puma finally decided to relocate their headquarters to Danube House in Prague 8 – Karlin. Thanks to the strategy recommended by Colliers Puma achieved significant savings compared to the original lease terms, while relocating to a more central area of Prague.
